As a trained computer specialist I'm providing technical support to end users and managing customer's servers by mean of the Kaseya IT Center framework on a daily basis.
For several years I've been busy dealing with:
installing, configuring and supporting our organization's local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN), and Internet systems. Maintaining network hardware and software. Monitoring network to ensure network availability to all system users and perform necessary maintenance to support network availability.Supervising other network support and client server specialists to plan, coordinate, and implement network security measures.
Moreover I've been the person in charge of marketing content (eg. company's brochure and branding, magazine and exposition advertising), corporate web content (site news, press releases and annoucements, check my company's website news area).
I'm always keen on interacting with colleagues so were my duty both the IT classes and the subsequent on-the-job training, using the actual systems, tools, equipment, documents or materials that trainees will use when fully trained.
As an experienced WordPress CMS administrator, I've build from the ground up a successful italian language iPhone related niche blog (more than 100k served pages on a monthly basis). In a few months the blog has become a trusted and reliable resource. Love playing with the platform and interacting with the community.
