Native from beautiful Barcelona, Alexis is a born entrepreneur and a passionate project booster, highly motivated by running challenging businesses and projects that require innovative value-added approaches. He is an enthusiastic, resourceful professional who creates success with hard teamwork, networking and building relationship with clients and colleagues.

Studying and working in several western countries provided Alexis a valuable multicultural background but made him realize that he was looking to face a new and bigger cultural challenge: ASIA.

Settled in Shanghai since 2010 and still everyday fascinated by the Chinese culture he has embraced the non-stop city lifestyle and has been simultaneously engaged in multiple projects.

Having been involved in the Innovation and Higher Education sectors for years and being aware of China’s potential and needs he decided to assemble a team and set up GlobalTaixue in order to assist overseas higher education institutions and companies committed to innovation and R&D to enter the ever-growing Chinese market as well as to help Chinese ones to go and develop abroad.

Alexis is a Computer Science Engineer from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya - BarcelonaTECH and holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Ecole de Management de Normandie. He is also fluent in English, Spanish, French and Catalan and everyday improving in Mandarin Chinese.
