I am currently working on a short term contract, until may 2008, as a project manager for Sodexo group on the delivery of a strategic intranet. I'm also consulting on internal DNS process and policies.

My three main focus of interest are :
- Prediction Markets, great tools to harness collective intelligence in the company
- Ruby on Rails, incredibly efficient coding framework to launch web applications
- Agile and Scrum Project Management methodologies

My side projects include setting up a Prediction Market web app (Ruby on Rails and Agile based) while blogging about the business aspects of Ruby on Rails in French to promote this framework. http://rubyZness.com

Before my current mission, I have worked as a business owner of a web agency for 7 years. In these 7 years, I did create over 50 web sites and database systems for 32 companies

My field of expertise include the whole cycle of web application creation from designing to developing and promoting. I am a certified PRINCE2 practitioner project manager and have used Agile methods for some years.
I have hands on experience in SEO, graphic design, DSN policy, business development, usability, user experience and a strong understanding / experience of the web industry many technologies.
