Alex has eight years of experience in body-mind coaching, training, teaching and innovating focusing on the intersection of conscious movement, transformative practices, yoga, inquiry and effective action.
Alex has developed visual designs focusing on effective presentation and clear communication and has led workshops utilizing innovative and traditional body-mind practices to facilitate the emergence of personal and collective solutions.

Yogic Warrior Conditioning. Exercise can be mindless, or it can be nourishing.
