As a consultant, I work with teams on developing software while improving their internal organization. It's a hands on job, that takes effort and time.
As a trainer, I work with Mosaic Works on a few projects, including: presentations for students, Agile Works - the Romanian Agile group (in Bucharest, Cluj, Brasov) and the Open Agile Romania event, the first big event on agile software development in Romania.
I will also speak on May 14th 2009 at OWASP AppSec Europe on the topic "Brain's hardwiring and its impact on software development and secure software".
