Since October 2007, Destineer QA has had over 60 titles go through our 12-person department and been published for Nintendo Wii, Nintendo DS, Xbox 360, PS2, PSP, PC and Mac OS X. The focus is on black box testing, looking at Alpha and Beta stage products and testing them for functionality, ease of use, and compliance with various console standards. Destineer QA's certification rate is below the industry standards, and our team strives to lower that rate with every title that we submit.

A+ Certified, a Microsoft Certified Professional, and frugal:

There are effective ways to get things done efficiently using open-source, free, or cheap alternatives to some of the more expensive approaches out there; while this had initially come out of necessity, this is a valuable skill.

Customer Service and Creativity:

The skills learned in retail management have proven priceless in handling not just employees and coworkers, but also developers and outside test resources. Additionally, the experiences of playing musical instruments in group settings have encouraged creative problem solving and enhanced troubleshooting skills.

  Since October 2007, my team has shipped over 60 titles, some tied to large licenses, including, but not limited to: Iron Chef America, Indianapolis Motor Speedway, and Fullmetal Alchemist. We work lean and smart, focus on effective and efficient testing, console certification standards and shipping quality product. We have enhanced performance and kept cost down by implementing open-source solutions to stay on top of industry trends.
  
  Quality Assurance is as much art as it is science, and I have a well balanced team that keeps on top of constantly changing standards, and is ahead of the curve.
