Aldo Prinzi’s Summary

I like to build innovative IT products from scratch. Recently I love to solve real solutions using appliances solutions.
My knowledge for distributed application and interoperability is now really wide: software security, data design, data handling and secure data transmission are my standard goals during my appliances solutions building, and thanks to Mono I'm one of the fewer that knows how to write software using Microsoft standard (very good) tools and environments and execute it (without any change) on Linux and Mac (oh yes! I love my work).
Object oriented programming is an obvious choice and the use of international standards gives strenght to each product: everyone can extend our work and, you know, this is not quite true for the majority of concurrent products ;) .
I'm also a MySql (now MariaDB) experts on both win and linux.

Unike many of the people I know, I have no fear to sincerely share my knowledge, and I have spent this special attitude on several Microsoft Official Curriculum (MOC) courses for programmers where I was the trainer.

At the Oct 2001 Windows Professional Conference (WPC), I was the spokesman for the slot “Smart Card programming using Microsoft Visual Studio for Smart Card and Visual Basic 5.0 (!!!)”.
At the Oct 2007 Windows Professional Conference (WPC), I have explained how to build c#/Microsoft applications and execute it --natively-- on Linux.

Now I own two companies, one write the sw (www.serinfo.it), and the other build the appliances (www.docubox.it). We have solutions for web streaming management, backup on line, remote digital signage, disaster recovery sinchronization.
