Aldo Nievas’s Summary

Aldo is a software engineer. He likes programming and defining systems architecture using innovative technologies.
He also like helping the team is working with to do their best in order to get better systems. He thinks that scripting languages like Python, Ruby or PHP can help to build reliable software in an Agile way.
Aldo started programming in a professional way for software development companies using Java in 1998 and has built several big Tax collections systems targeting thousands of requests.
He introduced Java new technologies like Hibernate and Spring in 2003 in companies he has worked for. Those frameworks became standards in Java world in 2005.
Then he found scripting languages and their related frameworks, Rails, Django and Cakephp. He has used PMI and Agile as project management methodologies and he prefers the last one. Books Agile Estimating and Planning and User Stories Applied have been his holy grail in order to structure a software development team from the beginning.
