I worked in the public sector until my contract expired as it was temporary. I collaborated with Emilia-Romagna region in a team involved in the implementation of some comunitarian project (Eu Interreg IIIc) related to a network of cities and metropolitan autorities called Metrex (www.eurometrex.org).
I obtained a master in territorial marketing- local development and studied at university issues connected with urban development and problems as social exclusion, ethnic tensions between migrants and others citizens, urban settlement of migrants and themes connected with immigration.
I'm looking for other opportunities to work in these fields I've described above and studied but also interested in following new paths.
Thanks to my previous professional experience I developed some knowledge about Territorial/urban marketing, strategic planning, governance, urban development , european projects.
Being graduate in political science (sociological field) with a thesis about problems linked with inmigration I studied interethinc relations, interethnic mediation, urban sociology and on my own themes like partecipative urbanism, participation in urban renewal plans and city centre development.

I collaborated with Emilia-Romagna region in developing a couple of EU projects (Interreg IIIC). This projects took off thanks to Metrex (http://www.eurometrex.org/) , the network of metropolitan regions and areas in Europe. The goal of these projects was to share know-how, ideas in the field of urban governance, urban and metropolitan planning and issues related to cities and their development.
In this team I worked as a researcher, transferring what I had learnt to other members of the organizations through the editing of papers and powerpoint presentations. The manager of the organization used to utilize also the material I dellivered to him in the occasion of international meetings with the others members of the network.
