TVG was a training ground to develop expertise in numerous of areas – competing on value versus price, design/implementation in a customized environment, & management over highly diverse teams and disciplinary areas, ultimately assuming responsibility for all of the operation centers.
Alayne then joined Wyeth Pharmaceuticals to advise the Commercial Operations leaders on building a premiere speaker bureau offering – supporting 14+ marketing teams, Field Sales, & Healthcare providers. Refining influence and collaboration skills – Alayne needed to achieve results in a large regulated environment without control of groups. She promoted change, increasing compliance, identifying quality/cost-reduction outsourcing opportunities, & introducing new cutting-edge technology & logistical solutions resulted in Alayne receiving the Wyeth Presidential Award.
Alayne was pursued by Scientific Voice (SV) to consult and design business plans & lead teams during an entrepreneurial re-birth of high growth, new services, and enhanced technology. Alayne assessed and led the key initiatives that restructured operations/account management, repositioned key marketing messages, developed leaders and promoted growth.
