I am a business performance management specialist with extensive experience implementing technologies and organizational change. I help companies leverage financial and non-information to improve their analytic capabilities, and their planning, budgeting and forecasting processes to realize their strategic objectives.
I am a Senior Manager in the Strategy & Operations / Finance and Performance Management (F&PM) management consulting practice in the Toronto office of Deloitte. I have over 17 years experience in finance, innovation management and commercialization, organizational restructuring, value-based management, corporate strategy, business process design, change management and executive facilitation. At another global management consultancy, I led the Value-Based Management Centre of Excellence, managed Financial Management Benchmarking and Best Practices studies and led the e-Business practice and specialized in organizational change group.
