I have been responsible for the project from beginning to end, raising sponsorship, dealing with marketing, managing a team of designers and developers as well as merchandisers.
This year saw over 100 people attend which I plan to expand upon for next year.

Responsibilities included managing all web development on the site from specification through to implementation & delivery as well as improving functionality with new features on a regular basis.
I created a complex CMS using WebDNA, which was used to deliver an online magazine as well as manage the online shop, and I developed new methods that increased productivity in the studio when bringing product to market effectively which increased sales.
Further duties included desktop support to shop staff as well as helping integrate new technologies such as bar coding into the shop and network infrastructure.
