I have over 15 year's of industry experience including extensive expereince within the talent acquisition industry.
Additionally, I manage an executive forum for Recruitment Leaders. With over 90 members from over 45 companies, the Talent Acquisition Leadership Council (TALC) has emerged as the area’s leading network for corporate recruiting directors and managers. Our roundtable primary goals are the following:
To provide members with a “comfortable” environment to share industry best practices that a specific to recruitment leaders
To serve as a professional network group of managers in the recruitment industry
Prior to working for Clovis, I founded HR Services Company, and I was one of the first employees of Brainbench (a leading online assessment and certification company). Additionally, I have held sales and sales/recruiter positions at Source EDP (now kforce) and a local staffing company-Mindbank Consulting Group.
