    * HR consultant to company building Abu Dhabi's Formula 1 racetrack. A high-profile project with the need to build systems for the rapid recruitment and deployment of over 2000 people.

I'm building a website being for this project - Accelerate HR - live on the web with daily updates. The idea is that the site and the associated services we offer should eventually be able to serve any business that needs to build a large international team quickly.

    * Work in progress - 'Soft Options' - a collaborative web product to minimize the risk of failure with software projects. Soft Options is for those who need software and those who build it, helping both to plan and test the project from start to finish, using an Agile approach to software development.

Created employment opportunities for Gulf nationals in Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and Kuwait - through a three-month classroom-based, project-oriented programme, followed by three months of mentor-assisted work experience.

Successfully put 2000 people to work, despite employers' reluctance to hire nationals, in jobs ranging from bank auditors to van delivery drivers.

I founded the business, shaped the program, wrote course materials, and designed the program management software - which was the foundation for the software now used in my current businesses.
