Alaa Nassef’s Summary

A senior software engineer with four years of experience in web application development, mainly in Java. By possessing around four years of experience in developing applications in CMMi certified companies, and being a part of developing and assessing the process in one of them.

Also led several projects technically, and was totally responsible for them, and for mentoring and leading my less experienced team mates.

My work was mainly focused on Java enterprise level web applications, using struts, spring, acegi security and hibernate, among other frameworks and tools, on a variety of databases, including oracle, MSSQL server and mysql. I also developed modules in the du self-care portal using bea weblogic JPF.

I am certified by Sun Microsystems as both a java programmer (for JDK 1.5) and a web component developer (for J2EE 2.4).
