  Coaching clients in finding doorways through the walls, paths through the jungles, stepping stones rather than stumbling blocks. I take pride in enabling you, individually or corporately, to see the opportunities that abound in this economically and politically changing environment.
  Working with Corporate leadership to clarify options is a skill I have honed over the many years in industry. Asking the 'right' questions help provide clarity of vision and assurance of direction for the busy executive faced with multiple, difficult choices.
  It is a pleasure to work with young people who look to establish or affirm focus and direction.
  It is equally rewarding to work with mid-career people who have lost sight of their goal(s). as you reestablish purpose and direction.
  Coaching the near-retirement (or retired and restless) person who wonders what's ahead and how to plan so as to discover and maintain significance in those golden years is rewarding beyond measure.
  Interestingly, companies and individual careers model quite similarly in all of these respects.
