• I started my career as a Guest Services Representative at The Crowne Plaza Manhattan, New York in 1992.
• I then joined the Taj Mahal Palace & Towers, Mumbai as Duty Manager in 1994. I was with The Taj Group for 10 years. Last position held was as Accommodations Manager at The Jai Mahal Palace, Jaipur.
• In 2004 I joined Carlson’s first managed Hotel in India at Radisson Varanasi as General Manager, leading the Hotel for over 3 years.
• Having excelled at Rooms Division I have a broad experience in all aspects of Operations. My professional skills encompass Training & Development, Team Building, Guest Relations, Concept Development, Strategic Management, Retention Marketing & Loyalty Programs; Including Financial Controls & Revenue Generation and of course Renovation & Project Management.
• I have close to 18 years of experience working in some of the most renowned hotel corporations such as the Welcomgroup Sheraton, Crowne Plaza, Taj Group (Luxury & Leisure) and Radisson Hotels.
