Over 7 years in FMCG sales in a traditional trade as well as in a modern trade enviornment has enabled me to handle all sorts of FMCG trade channels. Be it a single distributor enviroment or a multi distributor / sub distributor complex structure the exepereince with two renowned MNCs has given me enough learning to cater to all aspects of sales in relation to the route to market strategy of the company.
My experience in Trade Marketing of handling food and non food categories has not only developed my skill set to utilize the retail audit, 4P tracking data into action but also groomed me to manage sales from a HO level through better strategies and trade marketing initiatives.
My role in KA has further sharpened my skills for better negotiations, to get more out of limited trade spend, and to keep up the fighting spirit of the team for every incremental inch of SOS.
