I come from the world of standard (SOAP based) Web services with a strong background in related specications and technologies. My work in the Apache Software Foundation has given me a unique perspective on the technology landscape. Now as a researcher I try to expand the horizons of Services science.
Recently my research interests have shifted towards lightweight services, service compositions (a.k.a mashups) and mobile computing. I am also interested in human computation and currently exploring ways of disseminating human computation tasks in social networks.
