“Some are risk takers, willing to roll the dice with their money or reputations on the line in support of an idea or enterprise.” - That’s what I did in 2003. While doing my Masters at one of the India’s Premier Business Schools, one is expected to wait for the final day, day of brands and placements. When I opted out of placements to join a web startup, they said I am crazy. Now 6 years down the line, I have no regrets. We started our first company in 2002 (while studying in B-School).
Later, I worked as the 1st employee for a web startup, worked there for 5 long years as Leader (next to CEO). We were able to create THE best US financial communities together.

My Professional Experiences

1) By the Grace of God, had the opportunity to leads teams from my 17th age. Ran schools, tried librarian jobs and many other fields.
2) MCA (+MBA) from one of the premier business schools. I learned the things they never taught me in Schools, HOW TO FAIL and GET UP again.
3) Started my first venture in 2002, worked for many well known Indian brands. Had to close it down after an year.
4) Joined Grmtech as the first employee, worked there for 5 years, learned business development, HR management, Programming, Team management and various other required activities. We were more into our own products and communities.
5) Left Grmtech to join as the Web marketing department head of Digital Avenues Ltd. I wanted to experience the service industry. Saw the differences between working on your own websites and working for clients.
