Wywrota is one of the first independent web communities in Poland. I was the founder and the main site visionary for many years. My duties included:
• Recruiting and managing editorial staff, working remotely in the whole country.
• Cultural animation, including: organizing art contests, open-air festivals and concerts as well as operating team meetings.
• Developing from scratch and constantly improving software used for content management.
• Building portal brand and unique visual identification. -
