President and Founder of the Young Entrepreneurs Society
Greater Atlanta Area
I am a computing and technology enthusiast who can but is not interested in 'coding' as a career path. My interests are in the usage of technology to solve problems and an undergraduate degree in computer science helps me better understand this field. I intend to pursue an MBA at some point in the future and hope to get a job/create a job in the management/marketing of technology and technology based companies.
I am also a startup enthusiast who thrives in an environment of change and the rush of starting something new and getting it to a stable and sustainable point.
I am mostly known for my role as the founder and/or president of the Young Entrepreneurs Society, The Firewall and the Undergraduate Council. I am also affiliated with a couple other projects, an up to date list of which can be found on my website.

After creating a business plan and pitching my idea to campus administrators, I was able to secure funding for the society and organized a weekly speaker series and a weekly networking meeting.
YES has recently been chartered, has an executive board and serves as Georgia Tech's official entrepreneur's organization. We have expanded our reach to the entire Georgia Tech community. We introduce students to the startup culture, provide networking and co-working opportunities, helps students get funding as well as jobs with startup companies.
I currently serve as the President/CEO of YES.

Founded a magazine for the College of Computing and served as the founding president. During my time as president, the organization attained financial self-sufficiency, has gone from black and white to full color print on higher quality paper and also increased the page count of each issue by 50%.
I later led the initiative to create a stable organization structure and after serving for a semester as the chief layout editor, I was elected Secretary-Treasurer for the 2009-2010 academic year.
I gradually reduced my responsibilities with The Firewall till I was able to get it to the point where it did not require my presence for sustained growth. I currently serve in an advisory role with the Firewall while I focus on my other projects.
