After being in the staffing industry for over two years, I can safely say that I have not been affiliated with a more knowledgeable, professional or productive company than Credit Alternatives.
Credit Alternatives is a division of Professional Althernatives that wpecializes in recruiting for the Commercial Credit and Collections Industry (within the Houston and DFW Metro areas). We staff for any and all positions dealing with credit and collections from Credit Supervisor or Credit Analyst, to a Commercial Collector or Accounts Receivable Coordinator.
In a time where other staffing firms will claim to specialize in several industries (ex. accounting, legal, administrative, credit, and others), Credit Alternatives takes pride in being the ONLY staffing company that staffs exclusively for positions within commercial credit, collections and a/r.

My personal duties include identifying qualified, viable and professional candidates, initiating a thorough pre-screen process, and bringing them in for initial interviews before they are presented to a client company.

Job duties included daily (and heavy) interaction with department heads and HR Departments. Gained the base of my recruiting experience by working for this company. Negotiated contracts, identified candidates, set interviews with client companies and candidates, and also took on core duties as Office Manager. This included answering phones, compiling professional emails, setting travel arrangements of our CEO, and other duties as assigned.
