• Worked in data gathering, analysis, design & development of more than six customer’s tailored applications and solutions; some were integrated with ready-made packages. The process of pre-sales analysis preparation and prototyping for many customers using various development tools was a common exercise. In addition for being exposed to multiple data migration and extraction processes among various databases, data formats, and character sets, and including ASCII/EBCIDC conversion, Arabic code pages, etc.
• Outsourced to Siemens for analysis, design and implementation of two software projects (fixed line traffic measurement tool and fixing charging post processing Y2K bugs).
• Participated in the analysis, design and implementation of MobiNil sales applications.
