Luke Krzysztofiak’s Summary
Currently, my main focus is on locating foreclosed, distressed and bank owned properties for aware clients on all market levels. The market calls for unpresidented measures in order to restore it back to comfort levels.
My intimate knowledge of the local market, combined with my proactive, tech-savvy, and high-tech approach to real estate gives me an advantage in the logic of sales.
I believe in micro market economics, community redevelopment and gentrification throughout the neighborhoods, one pin number at a time and doing so in accordance to the Realtor® Code of Ethics.
