In the 35+ years that I have been @ work in the world, there are two common threads:
1) Every job I've held or business I've created and grown has relied heavily on my ability to communicate and empathize with and focus the work of the extraordinary people with whom I have worked.
2) I am a master at quickly grasping viable solutions to needs that exist in a community (in commercial, public and private sectors).
My strong suits are in: Client Management, Team Management and Leadership, and Product Development.
"Fitting in" is a skillset I've honed from a young age, and I have navigated through a variety of seemingly disparate industries - application of technology, invention, arts management and production, therapeutic program development, publishing, advertising, game design and distribution among a few.
Need someone with these skill sets? Contact me. I'll be delighted to hear what you need and see if we've a match! a@adriennefritze.com or 503-349-6075.

Create coaching programs and public events that bring value to the industries and causes which I serve; to package, market, sell and fulfill on the programs and events - whether the focus is inside the organization or facing outside to the public or a customer base. Ultimately my job is to provide an individual or organization the opportunity to distinguish what's in the way of their evolution or expansion, so they may create a point-of-view or vision that touches, moves and inspires them. From there we create structures that fulfill on this vision and the mission of the individual or organization.
