During my career, I have worked on many different mandates for major accounts, such as Bell Canada, Bombardier, Alstom, SFR, Desjardins, TD Meloche Monnex. As a senior web analyst, I have directed implementations of web analytics tools and analyzed performance on more than 100 websites of various types: e-commerce, customer support, lead generation, corporate. I'm familiar with most of the major tools available in the market, including Omniture SiteCatalyst, Google Analytics, WebTrends Analytics, Websidestory Hitbox, Unica NetInsight, ClickTracks ; as well as more specialized tools such as ClickTale, 4Q by iPerceptions or Clicky. I believe in the power of effective data communication and visualization and have developed an advanced skill set to deliver custom dashboards to my customers.
Graduated from HEC Montréal, I have a master degree in e-marketing, received with awards. My researches in recommender systems and personalization have led me to publish a paper in the International Conference on E-Business Engineering, in 2005. My academic curriculum and professional experience gave me a multidisciplinary profile that is very valuable in web marketing, especially in web analytics.
