The many changes in the aviation industry have affected many aircraft owners and aviation entities. The high-end services for top executives, politicians and for those who need to get there without the hassles of airport delays, security and lost baggage are doing well above the expectations.
From our California HQ we have promoted alternatives for those aviation operators facing loss of revenues caused by high fuel prices and loss of clients to other aviation alternatives. But the globalization of executive charter operations requires creativity in how we provide aeromedical services. We have reestablished relationships wiht international medical evacuation providers to supply our aircraft, medical teams and coordination or aeromedical missions or service development.
We have current projects to improve medical aviation (air ambulance) or develop new services in Mexico, Puerto Rico and Colombia.
In the Aeromedical spectrum, we are promoting the utilization of high technology aeromedical services for neonates with ECMO and other modalities approved fo in-flight use.
1. National and International aeromedical support for Travel Insurance companies.
2. Aircraft medical interior conversions and aeromedical services development and training, also under ICAO guidelines
3. CRM for pilots and Emergency Medical Services
4. Basic ESL English Language training for International Business and medicine.
5. Aircraft Acquisition services
6 Marketing and Financial Planning for companies wishing to penetrate Latin American markets.

To provide an FAA approved and ICAO listed course for medical personnel and pilots in the aeromedical industry. The absence of qualified programs outside of Canada, the UK and the US creates a voind in quality rescues or medical transports. Our International Aeromedical Certification programs at San Luis Obispo has been designed for International operators and US based air ambulance personnel who seldom get full training and experience in the management of patients aloft where the physiology changes. And international flight attendants who also lack the proper training in the management of illness or injuries in-flight, and will learn to operate emergency medical resources under pressure. We train Aeromedical Crewmembers under FAA and ICAO guidelines We are applying for the ICAO TRAINAIR designation for our SLO operations. And Eventually, I am interested in flying my own plane.......since I have been a "crewmember" for as long as I can remember.
