My specialities include thinking as far outside the box as is required as predicted by my Belbin Team Profile PL/RI/CH/SH with my primary type being the Plant (PL) who according to Belbin are persons that are Individualistic, serious-minded and unorthodox displaying Positive Qualities of genius, imagination, intellect and knowledge. Studies show that Plant Types (PL) make very good programmers with a statistically much shorter mean time-to-completion on problem solving tasks at little more than 50% of other team member types.
