  I was hired to join a team of Java programmers in desperate need of somebody with CSS and HTML talents. At GoFish I bridged the gap between the newly developing product staff and the overworked engineering team.
  
  GoFish was once a startup at the ground level of the video sharing community. Because of the nature of the company, my work had to be speedy, flexible, and reliable across many browsers such as IE 6, IE 7, Firefox, and Safari.
  
  During my time at the company the majority of HTML and CSS work was handled by me. I was also able to pick up invaluable experience with software development using Java/JSP, writing unit tests for JSP and Java, and general knowledge of things like version control, bug tracking, and working in teams.
  
  I am no longer a full time employee of the company but I still handle some design and programming work on a contractual basis.
