Adriano Gasparri’s Summary

After my experience gained in the Marketing Department at the Biesse Spa, a leader company specialized in the manufacture of machinery for pre-working wood, glass and stone, the Biesse Spa board of directors assigned me the duty of the creation and management of a complex project with the main aim of analyzing world-wide market’s movements for all its international branches, through the analysis of information flows received from all company’s subdivisions. At the same time I realized, developed and supervised various internet projects, from the constant contents updates of the Biesse Group website and the management of the its template structure to the re-organization of documents flows published in the company Intranet. I was also extremely satisfied in realizing a very efficient and effective marketing database that boosted our customer satisfaction strategies through the analysis of our purchaser's preferences.

Previously I also had the great opportunity to co-operate with a small industrial company, the Infochem Srl, in creating a sale database that did help in building a well organized marketing strategy with the positive results of broadening our numbers of potential customers, increasing our amount of new buyers contacts and target exactly a specific cluster of possible clients. Besides, thanks to my I.T. competencies I designed and put in operation an Internet project and planned a new consumer care guideline. At the same time we launched and implemented a new company marketing procedures with special regards to the promotion of our new products, original packaging and prices policies with the intention of launching brand new commodities in fast growing marketplaces. That enhanced and improved my business strategy and the vision and mission of the company.
