How can I help you?

My main job is Chairman of the Institute of Human Development. We have offices in UK and Cyprus and serve clients throughout the world.

I coach CEOs, Entrepreneurs and Executive Teams and I spend much of my time speaking at conferences and events around the world on Inspired Leadership and creating high performance teams in an age of change and uncertainty.

I have recently launched a new learning platform at www.mypathfinder.com which is now being rolled out to thousands of employees within our client organisations. This project has been designed to make inspirational learning available on a self-service multi-media platform that engages people deeply and personally in the pursuit of personal excellence and 'brilliance'.

My first, "Unstoppable - The Pathway to Living An Inspired Life" has been a bestseller in Europe and reaches other parts through Amazon.
