In my professional life I started out as a civil engineer, but quickly decided to move into computer science. I have been developing Java software professionally since 2001. I have worked for companies in the United States and in Europe, in the industrial, financial and insurance sector, always within the Java technology space. Since February 2006 I am with Centris AG, working on a BPM (Business process management) solution based on Java EE technologies.
