EXPERIENCE
ADH Events is a Chicago based meeting management and event planning firm, partnering with in-house corporate and non-profit organizations with the planning of their programs. This allows for the in-house planner more time to focus on the contents of the program, the attendees, presenters, sponsors and internal clients, while we at ADH Events take care of all the associated logistics such as venue and hotel searches, contract negotiations, audio visual needs, catering, decor, entertainment, transportation and more.
Each of the key members at ADH Events have a minimum of 20 years experience in the hospitality, catering, entertainment and meeting and event planning industries, with the balance of the staff a minimum of 10 years.
The majority of ADH Events staff members have an international background, whether they were born in a different country, speaking multiple languages or have lived and/or worked on different continents, with the exception of Antartica.
We're here at ADH Events to make valuable time more productive whether it's planning a board or meetings, training seminars, investigator meetings, pharma meetings, alumni events, diversity retreats, incentive trips, team building events, guest tour programs, client dinners or fundraisers.
Whether your group is just a handful of attendees or 1,500 guests, ADH Events can take care of small portions or your entire program, if it is only the hotel, or F&B and ground transportation, or only AV, entertainment and/or decor and everything in between.
FOREIGN LANGUAGES
At ADH Events we speak a multitude of languages, among them all the European ones, allowing us to plan your programs anywhere.

In June 2008, ADH Events became certified by the NGLCC, allowing us to be registered as a diversity supplier with Fortune 500 companies.

Alexander and his staff partner with their clients, planning their programs around the globe. Whether it is finding venues or hotels, taking care of all the logistics such as ground transportation or dealing with caterers, decor companies or audio visual, ADH Events takes care of all the details.
It is our beliefs that our clients should be able to focus all their attention on the contents of their programs and the guests attending them and not having to worry about about all the other details, whether guests have been picked up at the airport, the audio visual has been set up and is in working order or if the caterer has served all of the guests in the room.
