In my final assignment, I spearheaded employee communications and culture change initiatives for the IBM CIO. For numerous other clients, both internal and external, I developed content strategies, crafted editorial content and supervised content professionals in a wide range of Web and interactive media projects.

Previously, I held senior content development, corporate communications and customer relations positions at various media and online enterprises, including a seven-year stint at Prodigy, the pioneering online service (and first on the Internet) launched by an IBM/Sears joint venture.
