Originally employed by Zinifex I performed a review of the website and intranet in 2007 and completed a competitor analysis and tender process for web development vendors. Project managed the delivery of a redeveloped main corporate intranet and public website on a RedDot CMS platform in time for a de-merger in Sept. 2007. In the merger with Oxiana in 2008 I obtained support from the executive for the development a new corporate website to reflect the new brand identity of the merged company OZ Minerals. Managing two projects in parallel the site was launched July 2008 the website introduced the new brand and was followed shortly thereafter by an enhanced intranet that included a consolidated staff directory for the merger company.
