Several years experience in applying high performance computing and automation to challenging problems in structural bioinformatics. Especially interested in designing software, algorithms, and new methodologies to add value in the biomedical sciences.
As an information scientist, my goals are to design and analyze information systems and architectures which enable decision making in the face of increasing data size and complexity. By leveraging parallel computing platforms and innovative software engineering approaches my focus is on improving the pace of scientific discovery and assimilation of knowledge.
