Designed and developed a unique B2B industry model that facilitated the ability to offer profitable, non prime, Texas Home Equity loans that were adopted by almost every non-prime lender in the mortgage industry. Led the advancement of WMC as the first and one of the largest non-prime lenders in Texas.
• Successfully developed and implemented Household Financial Service’s B2B Real Estate Lending Channel. Conceptualized and pioneered a broker fax-blasting program which revolutionized how Household Financial Services contacted its business clients and prospects. Nationwide launch of this model resulted in over $100 million per month in company’s lending volume.
