Adam Jackson’s Summary

Engaging clients and building relationships via the web. I moved to San Francisco in June of 2008 to build my experience and connect with the Web 2.0 community on a new level. I am currently working on a few projects that are top secret.

I offer Freelance Information Technology assistance on an as needed basis for clients and friends. I specialize in Windows and Macintosh Server related support.

I assist clients with social media, branding and web presence development. I'm on nearly every social network and have spent countless hours learning how to leverage these networks to grow relationships and expand conversations.

In September, 2008 I began co-authoring "The Book" with Dominic Sagolla. Our paths split in early 2009 and we began work on two different projects. You can read more at http://140lessons.com.

I set out to change the world in October, 2008 with AdamsBlock. The result was a street corner with crime down 30%, $2,000 raised for local charities and a site that was viewed by over 1 million people in a month. The project is underway and should have an announcement by early fall, 2009.

I have extensive Macintosh and Windows experience and type 80 words per minute. I work 7 days a week and no less than 12 hours a day. I've been called the "Web 2.0 Party Guy" and attend at least 2 tech events every week day. My Fiance Laura Wiggins is an amazing graphic artist and pushes me every day to extend, expand and grow my clientele.

I sit on the board and head up social media efforts.

INFORUM began with the basic tenet that young people not only deserve but desire unbiased, trustworthy information from a full range of stances, and that they want their sources qualified. The Commonwealth Club has a 103 year tradition of civic debate, and INFORUM honors and continues this tradition by providing a forum for young people to access the best informed, most involved, and brightest minds – be they politicians, business gurus, policy workers, thought leaders, trendsetters or culture-jammers.

TweetForMyBiz.com handles all Twitter.com needs including design and maintenance of the account. Further opportunities involve extending the services to blogs, news, Facebook and other social networks to expand the brand even more.
