As an attorney with a strong IT background, I provide clients a rare combination of legal and technology expertise. Prior engagements have included directing challenging e-discovery projects, such as the strategic and efficient collection and analysis of data from employees' computers and corporate networks. I have also authored and implemented litigation hold directives tailored to particular cases to comply with evolving e-discovery court rules and case law.
My litigation experience has included hands-on involvement in a wide range of federal and state litigation, including where the firm served as national counsel for its client through the formation and conclusion of a major federal multidistrict litigation (MDL).
