Adam E. Carr provides board-certified trial counsel and award-winning appellate counsel to insurance companies, businesses, and individuals throughout the State of Ohio and in federal court.
In over fifteen years of practice, Adam E. Carr has represented clients before the general trial courts in most of Ohio's eighty-eight counties, before most of Ohio’s district courts of appeal, and before the Supreme Court of Ohio. He also represents clients in federal court at the trial and appellate court levels.
Adam E. Carr handles lawsuits of all types, including personal injury and wrongful death, insurance coverage, contracts, complex civil litigation, and appellate practice. He also evaluates claims and provides written opinions to insurers on questions of liability, damages, and insurance coverage.
Adam E. Carr is certified as a civil trial specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. He earned an American Jurisprudence Award in appellate practice, awarded in law school to the student who received the highest grade in his class. Adam E. Carr also worked as an extern at the Eighth District Court of Appeals and as the law clerk at the Cleveland Heights Municipal Court.
