Out of college I was an IT Manager of a non-profit where I was fortunate enough to learn on the job with plenty of flexibility to run every aspect of the IT with my own standards. I focused on implementing new technologies with little to no budget in an ever changing workplace. This included two environments that included users from 5th grade thru seniors in high school. Also later transitioning from an in house Access database to Siebel platform.
Currently I am on the Sales & Marketing Systems team at the JM Smucker company. My goals are to see 100% user acceptance of the Siebel platform as well as provide end user support and guidance of new functionality.
