Created the user interface, functional specifications, and a fully-fuctional prototype in response to an RFP from La Poste. These efforts contributed to Pitney Bowes being awarded a multi-million-dollar contract to deploy postal kiosks in French post offices.

Conducted master’s thesis research by running 69 two-person teams in a flight simulator task with varying lengths of communication delay.
Developed a participatory health promotion intervention in a field site as part of a $5-million dollar grant awarded by the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH).
