Founder at White Rhino Partners - Executive Search: Your Connection to Leadership Talent for the 21st Century Economy
Greater Boston Area
I work closely with a variety of companies, as well as with Private Equity and VC firms in finding C-level strategic leaders for their portfolio companies. Industry focus includes Homeland Security, Finance, Professional Services, Software Development, IT, Telecom, Bio-tech, Medical Devices, Nanotechnology, Aerospace, Manufacturing, e-Commerce, as well as the Food & Beverage, Entertainment and Theme Park industries. The scope of my practice is nationwide in the U.S. and includes working with companies doing business in Europe, the Middle East and Asia.
I have access to outstanding pools of candidates in a wide range of nations, including senior military leaders, Rhodes Scholars, former White House Fellows, and thought leaders in a variety of wide industries.
My goal is to serve as a trusted advisor and to add value to the hiring and job search process by carefully matching the intangibles that make or break a good "marriage" between an A-level candidate and a "best practices" company.

Client companies and executive level candidates look to me - not just as a recruiter - but as a trusted advisor. I specialize in placing senior executives who are "Renaissance Men and Women," and who are entrepreneurial leaders - many of whom have had a distinguished military career and/or are service academy graduates and hold MBA's from a top-tier business school.

Intersection 2.0
• This event brings together Boston area individuals who are innovators and leaders and leaders-in-training in a variety of industries to explore aspects of individual and collective leadership, using plenary session speakers, interactive breakout session, and the performing arts.
• The event will feature presentations, interactions, and performances designed to encourage each participant to move into “the intersection,” transcending traditional boundaries of industry, generation, career, discipline or world view.
• The goal is to empower the active participation of each person to reach toward others in intersecting ways and thereby to think and to act more collaboratively and innovatively.
• This event is a follow-up to the initial Intersection event that was held in the spring of 2009 at Cambridge Innovation Center. It is the desire of the event planners to keep this event and all follow-up events centered in Kendall Square as part of the ongoing effort to brand Kendall Square as a destination for innovators.
