Systems Thinking - Powering Accountability
Greater San Diego Area
Trust, accountability and effectiveness are being demanded by the increased emphasis for better leadership in today's challenging business environment and by our speed-of-light world. A premium is placed on today's CEO and executive team that can implement principle--centered strategies, flawless execution and flexible planning rather than knee-jerk reactions.
Accountability for creating value starts with the CEO being responsible for providing greater clarity and focus and involving their executive team in conscious decision-making. Once there, the CEO can empower the executive team to effectively communicate the future vision of the organization one conversation at a time. These communications translate into their own departments for focused, measured actions in such a way that all employees experience being engaged in meaningful work and they see the relevance of their contribution.
I am seeking to connect with owners, presidents, CEOs, division heads who want what is described above, and who are willing to grow themselves in ways that their leadership enables THAT.
I promise business improvements in financial results, systems reliability and teamwork. I promise interpersonal improvements in trust, confidence, relatedness and communication.
The combination of my formal education (MBA), my 30+ years of working with senior executives on every continent except the Antarctic, and the growth and development work I have engaged in my entire life have prepared me to be the executive coach and strategic management facilitator that I am today.
Over the past almost 10 years I have profiled over 500 senior executives using the Harrison Assessment. It gives me a deep look at how a person makes choices, and enables a very fast start for my coaching relationship with a leader and his or her executive team, to begin to effect change immediately.

The Harrison Assessment is an excellent suitability assessment for job fit as a complement to eligibility and the interview for hiring the best candidate. I also use it extensively as an tool to establish a benchmark understanding of an executive when doing executive coaching clients. I also appreciate its value asn an excellent team-building tool.
