Software Developer at Startup Company
Greater New York City Area
I just graduated from Harvey Mudd College in Southern California with a degree in Computer Science/Math. I'm looking for a fast-paced tech company in the NYC area. I'm looking to work hard on an important problem. I enjoy staying on the cutting edge of technology and I'm a very fast learner. I like working with users to discover potential improvements and then using those to design product prototypes.
Working in a fun, challenging web company is ideal for me. I have a solid background in both front and back end web development as well as object oriented programming methodology and practice. I've used Java extensively in the past and can come up to speed on it very quickly. I love Python, so I've been doing most of my recent web development work using Django, but I'm also familiar with basic Ruby on Rails.
