As a member of Gallup's Consulting group in India, Abhishek works extensively on Gallup’s Customer Engagement and Employee Engagement practices to leverage human performance to deliver business results. He is also an active contributor to Gallup’s ‘World Poll’ initiative and was involved in conceptualizing and executing opinion polls in India, Sri Lanka and Nepal.
Abhishek interacts extensively with his clients to understand their business challenges and designs studies to address these pain-points deploying Gallup solutions. Much of his experience is in the area of measurement and management of customer and employee engagement at the local level. He strongly believes that the employee-customer interaction is the “factory floor” in today’s organizations and has worked on managing these interactions using Gallup’s Human Sigma approach. Abhishek is adept at measuring the business impact of Gallup interventions and, based on such insights, advises clients on the right steps to affect the right business outcomes.
Prior to joining Gallup, Abhishek was with Oracle India Pvt. Ltd. as a member of its business development team for the Retail vertical for North America (May to October, 2006). Abhishek is an avid blogger and enjoys playing the guitar and piano. Abhishek holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from the International Management Institute, New Delhi.
