I would call myself an e-Learning evangelist with more than 11 years of experience. I have worked in the learning development industry handling various roles such as Flash Developer, Team Leader, Project Manager, Vendor Manager and Operations Manager. I have led and managed multi-disciplinary teams spread across locations while successfully implementing solutions and executing projects.

I specialize in Program Management of ERP training development projects (Online and Instructor-Led) having led and executed projects on SAP, Oracle, and PeopleSoft trainings in the last 3.5 years.

In my current role, I am involved in consulting and solutioning for various on-line training needs of customer requirements primarily for on-line ERP training development. I am also responsible for project managing two large training content development projects across geographies.

    In my new role at IBM post Dec'08, I executed an on-site ERP training scheduling project that involved scheduling over 400 sessions on SAP trainings for 12,000 people across 12 locations in US for a major pharma co.

    I was also program managing a large WBT development project spacing over 8 months with total of 24 hrs of WBT output. This was for an international FMCG firm.

    I was also involved in consulting and solutioning for various training needs of IBM internal and external customer requirements primarily for ERP training development.

    Two of the high capacity projects I executed at Infosys were Infosys Induction Program and Infosys 25 Years Multimedia CD. Infosys Induction Program was huge turn around where the 3 day Induction programme was converted to 10 hrs of e-Learning and 1 day of face to face interaction. This resulted in the huge ROI for Infosys in terms of cost saving and no. of trainers employed.

    I was also a part of Delivery Management for the online trainings and was responsible for evangalising new products and technologies.

    I was involved in the execution of one of the largest a/c GECIS Content Solutions had from GE Commercial Finance worth USD 1.5 Million. Our team also worked on a product called "e-Mentor", which supported the documentation during a Six Sigma Green Belt project. This product got patented by GECIS later.

    During the course of my stay I also became the first Indian "Certified Macromedia Flash MX Developer" and a trained Six Sigma Green Belt.
