I have worked in various roles ranging from an Application Developer, Team lead , Onsite co-ordinator and now working as Software Development Manager . All of these roles have spanned through various functional & technical areas of custodian services , CRM applications deployed in call centers , web services security products & various identity management solutions .
New skills acquired as part of my ongoing MBA programme in IM are liner and non-liner modelling , corporate finance with above average idea in using NPV , IRR techniques , internation business with exposure to making business strategies through application of various models like Porter 5 forces , Diamond model etc.
I have very strong client facing skills . Also I attribute myself to have very good communication skills which allows me to be articulate and be expressive about the point I make.
In addition to this I have strong technical background in technical domains like java , j2ee , web services security etc. which is supported now by new skill acquisition through my pursual of MBA programme.

I was involved in study of SME markets in India. This study covered IT & Telecom adoption trends as seen within Indian SME sector.
Through this study we have tried to identify the adotpion trends prevalent and made strategic recommendations on how to tap this market
The IT adoption covered enterprise application , infrastructure and security persepctive, where as the Telecom adoption covers enterprise mobility , communication & contact centers.
The study was conducted through strategic discussion with CIO/CEOs of small and mid-sized firms. In addition to this it was also backed by GOI & UNDP reports on SME sector carried across various countries in Asia.

I worked at Oracle IDC in Noida . I have been in various capacities here starting from Senior Member Technical Staff to Project Lead and eventually resigned as Software Development Manager.
At Oracle I was responsbile for setting up overall delivery of OWSM product in SOA Stack of Server Technologies , specifically the QA delivery process.
Through my stint at Oracle I succesfully delivered 2 10g patch releases and also laid groud for 11g certification deliveries in terms of project planning , work estimation , cross functional team coordination , automation infrastructure development.
I had also been involved with the campus hiring programme & interview process for Oracle IDC.
