Abhijit Roy’s Summary
I am a software professional with a vast amount of experience in managing people and projects, accross different platforms, and coutries.
Currently, I am busy establishing a software delivery team to service the small and medium sized clients. In the last couple of years, we have grown to a team of 30, and have delivered solutions to clients in 4 countries (all remotely).
In the past, I have varied experience, from working for one of the largest morgage companies in the US, to working for a mid size delivery company in India. My personal forte is working with people, and the ability to motivate them to give their best. In that I am a manager by example. Nothing makes me happier than to hear praise about my team.
Sales is currently our weakness, which is why I am here, looking for sales partners who may be interested in joining hands.with a strong delivery partner.
We have also developed a software for Insurance agents, called EasyInsure. It is for individual use, and I am trying to market the same. The product needs some maturity and some sales. I have sold a few copies, but hope to sell in 1000's. Anyone, who would like to partner with me to promote this product, is also welcome to start a discussion.
I also have a couple of other product ideas, in case someone wants to discuss.
On a personal front, I am a family man, and a strong beleiver of work-life balance, so I ensure that I don't load up my calendar with only business engagements, and also look for opportunities where I can mix the two. Clients, colleages and associates often end up being close freinds.
If someone wants to just chat up, or make freinds, they are welcome, as I am always open to new freindships. A party every now and then, is an essence of life....:-)

During this period I was into corporate traning and software development.
